Just like the user who wants to access BBC sites for viewing videos, and the BBC blocks them; I have a similar situation with www.nbc.com, to watch their videos. It tells me that because I don't live in the continental US, I cannot watch their videos. I bypass this by using the AOL 9.0 Desktop, and connect using Broadband connection, not dial-up. I just log into AOL, and it allows me to view videos from NBC. I suggest maybe you should do the same with trying to see videos from BBC; try AOL UK....maybe it works, maybe not!
